All candidates will be registered with the City & Guilds of London awarding body by space2create, as soon as payment is received by space2create. Registration for Level 1 courses is valid for 1 year while the registration for level 2 courses is valid for 3 years; however you may extend this time if you need to by re-registering with City and Guilds. This will incur an additional payment.
Your work will be assessed throughout the course in accordance with the syllabus requirements. If you are not happy with any assessment decision please go to the appeals page, which will guide you through the process.
Your personal course tutor will normally respond to your messages, enquiries and assessment images as quickly as possible - usually within 2 working days, but occasionally there may be a short delay due circumstances beyond our control. We aim to ensure that this will be no more than 2 weeks, and reserve the right to offer a substitute tutor if necessary.
On completion of your course space2create will forward your name and details to City & Guilds for certification. The standard of all students work will be monitored by space2create, and all work is subject to External Verification by City &Guilds to ensure that their international standards are maintained.

Please read and use the onsite Health and Safety guidelines for your course. However as with all Health and Safety advice, it is the responsibility of all individuals to work in a safe way. Students are expected to follow the manufacturers' instructions and guidelines when using any machinery, tools, equipment and materials. Don't forget to access Hazard Data information on the materials that you use.
space2create accepts no responsibility for any accident or injury sustained by artists, students and tutors during workshops and courses.
Payment for the courses is made in advance, and is non refundable. Students will be expected to complete each module before moving on to the next. Students have the right to access all the course information that they have paid for, however until all the work has been satisfactorily assessed, students will not be put forward for the certification process.
