 Hi and heres wishing a Happy New Year to you all.
It is the shortest day today the turning of the year and slowly we will be moving into the lighter longer days. This is the time to wrap up warm and get out for some fresh air and enjoy the beautiful and descriptive quality of light from the low winter sun. I hope you have a chance to enjoy some winter pleasures over the Christmas break.

Our Photomanipulation course goes from strength to strength and for those of you lucky enough to get a digital camera or a copy of Photoshop for Christmas you might consider becoming a student in Photomanipulation - our latest City and Guilds Design and Craft course to go live online. The course tutor is Maggie Carr and she will help guide your first steps in learning how to manipulate your photographic work. There are also free tips and tricks to help you in your photography when you register as a student on this course. Existing students can access these in the password protected Tips and Tricks section of the space2create web site.
The partnership between space2create and Glow Worm Stained Glass Studio in Devon now has its second cohort of students working towards the level 3 stained glass courses. These courses are run face2face with the tutor Ray Boundy teaching a wide variety of glassworking skills in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of his studio. If you are interested in working with Ray then send me an email maggie@space2create.net and I will answer any questions you may have.
